Abstract: | In this project, I will design a racing game which can be played in most Nokia mobile phones targeted to series 60 platform mobile phones (e.g. Nokia 6260/ Nokia 6630). I will make use of the Java 2 Mobile Edition platform and the game API provided in MIDP2.0 for implementation. My program is based on the Game API for development which contains classes and methods specified for game programming such as GameCanvas, TileLayer, Sprite, etc. Beside it also contains J2ME HttpConnection which let the players to send their scores or results to the server for comparison. Basically, it is a type of racing and technique required game viewed from the top. The player has to interact with the car in order to achieve the requirement of course to commit each mission. |
