| dc.description.abstract | A mobile multimedia E-learning application that is designed base on a PC platform for server and a Mobile device for clients. The video-based e-learning materials include video clips, images and scripts. In this report, we will discuss on how video segments can be transmitted to the mobile devices by video streaming. In addition, there is an authoring tool built in the PC server application. Then, we will probe into how the users can insert markers to video clips, adding images and typing scripts. | en_US |
