dc.description.abstractThe project is an application developed for SAE Magnetics (H.K.) Ltd. The application helps the Employee Development Department (ED), which manage trainings of staffs and workers, to work electronically, and manage the record centrally. The application¡¦s name is Training Record Tracking System (TTS). The TTS has three main functions. Firstly, it handles all training records of SAE employees, secondly it generates statistic reports, and thirdly it handles the course applications, course-code generation process. There are four main features. Firstly, the TTS is connected to the HRMISs which at different locations without decreasing their performance. Secondly, data are keep consistence at any plants. Thirdly, the system supports English, Traditional-Chinese, and Simplified-Chinese character by encoding method. Fourthly, the response time is minimized by modules and enhanced SQL statements. The TTS is developed successfully and adopted by the SAE.en_US
