dc.description.abstract	3G Videoconference refers to a meeting between people separated far from each other using an acute wireless communication technology using mobile phones. In such error-prone transmission environment, the role of real time control becomes much important. This project attempts to implement part of a system control protocol, ITU-T H.245, to provide real time control during videoconference to promote a much efficient and effective environment for videoconference.	en_US
