| Abstract: | Power Amplifiers (PAs) are the essential component for most wireless communications
system. The key issues of PAs for the next generation mobile system are linearity of the
input-output characteristics and power-added-efficiency (PAE). This is extremely important
to ensure that adjacent channel interference is kept within the tight specifications required by
most systems. In this project, a simple and low cost technique including both the suppressions
of even-order intermodulation products and adaptive bias stabilization for PA linearization
and smart power handling are realized. |
