| Abstract: | Location Based System has become greatly developed with the use of mobile technology to obtain information according to user’s location. It provides a great opportunity for commerce, at the same time, a better living standard to people. With the use of Jini technology, service and client can join the system and able to discover each other dynamically. This project focuses on developing a set of Application Programming Interface (API) with defining a standardized service interface to provide consistence for the major functions. A Jini-Based Intelligent Location Dependent Service Discovery System is further developed to demonstrate how generic the API is. |
