Abstract: | In recent years, public concern over a green and comfortable environment has spread rapidly. More and more people begin to have their own plants at home or office. Nevertheless, most people are busy with their daily work and find no time to water their plants. To solve this problem, we do need an automatic water spray setup. However, the existing setups are mostly designed to work outdoors, such as parks and gardens. In this project, a low-cost indoor-use water spray appliance, capable of intelligently watering a number of plants according to the scheduled time will be designed and implemented. This report will show how the setup works and its performance, and finally we will discuss the difficulties in designing such a setup as well as further improvements. |
