Abstract: | Today's business students will face a world that is more dynamic and more uncertain than ever before. To meet these challenges, many top business schools around the world develop "management flight simulators", learning environments that motivate, provide experiential as well as cognitive lessons, and compress time and space, so that students may experience the long-term consequences of their actions. We plan to use and develop our own state-of-the-art computerized simulators as pedagogically rigorous course supplements to teach courses in Operations & Supply Chain Management. We believe that the proposed project will greatly enhance the teaching quality in MS department. |
