| Abstract: | Wisdom investment Ltd. (Wisdom) is a professional private investment company. It aims to gain stable long-term revenue from establishing a negotiable securities and private equity portfolio. In this project, IT Development Team is our target unit. During the KM assessment on Application Development Process, it is found that there are some deficiencies on knowledge management in the process of Feasibility Study and Analysis of System Development. Current KM Solutions & Infrastructure is valid but not good enough to facilitate desired KM processes. Therefore, some KM solutions are going to be proposed to solve the current KM situation in Wisdom IT Development Team. |
