This report presents three active integrated band pass filters. In every piece of design, bandpass filter elements and low noise amplifiers are integrated into single component that achieves both band pass effect and gain. The sizes of these active filters are smaller than that with separately designed amplifiers and filters. The active integrated bandpass filters are suitable for the compact microwave and millimeter-wave receiver systems. The three experimental prototypes include wideband, small and dual-band active integrated bandpass filters for different wireless product designs. For the 2GHz wideband design, the filter consists of coupled lines and stubs. It is three-stage design that consists of four filter elements and three amplifier elements. It exhibits average gain 40dB with 2GHz bandwidth. For the 0.5GHz compact design, the filter consists of stubs only. Its size is 0.23 guided waveguide multiplied by 0.3 guided waveguide. It is one-stage design which has two filter elements, one amplifier elements and achieves 16dB average gain with 1GHz bandwidth. For the dual band design, the filter consists of coupled lines and stubs. It is a one-stage design which consists of two filter elements and one amplifier elements. It achieves average gain 10dB with 1GHz bandwidth in both passbands.en_US
