Along with the rapid development of the networking technology, the Internet coverage has been grew widespread so that the netizens can browse the Internet and make use of the online web service anywhere. For instance, some netizens prefer purchasing and downloading music through network platform at home rather than going outside and then buying a CD at the shop. Hence, the Internet has become an indispensable element in life and the online web service is a trend of the future. In order to provide a high speed and stable online web service, the service providers need to consider the congestion problem when abundant users use the service simultaneously. For example, the system should handle the workload problem when numerous users are downloading the resource at the same time. To solve the above problem, load balancing network can be applied to the web service, as the load balancing network can handle the large workload and increase the reliability of the web service. Recently, cloud computing has also become a focus. Cloud computing can benefit to the web service and strengthen the advantages of load balancing network. By mixing the load balancing network and the cloud computing technology, a platform with characteristic including high availability, reliability, scalability and self-tuning can be constructed and this platform can be a model supporting different web services. But when it comes to the management of cloud servers, an extra management tool is needed to install and the tool may be too complicated for the beginner. Therefore, a monitoring site which is specialized for the cloud-based web service is important and useful for the administrator to manage the cloud servers. The monitoring site can simplify the administration task so that the administrator can monitor and control the cloud servers on the website instead of an extra management tool.en_US
