Abstract: | This research project aims to analyze the challenges faced by Nepalese living in Hong Kong. This paper will critically analyze the marginalization of Nepalese in education and employment sector that has perpetuated the cycle of poverty among Nepalese community. The paper will further analyze the social integration policy and programs implemented by the Hong Kong SAR government to evaluate the communication gap between the government and the Nepalese community in Hong Kong. The paper will further investigate the significance of the culture of caste system in the Nepalese community in terms of group dynamics and access to resources. |
