dc.description.abstractNotePecker is a Android application which bring the virtual notes advantage to physical book reading. Users can browse notes with Augmented Reality technology. The smartphone can enhance virtual notes to physical book. By jotting notes with smartphone, the notes will not mess up book page. Also Users can remove or add new notes. For the note jotting function, NotePecker can search the target page to users by Optical Characters Recognition technology. In this report, it demo the possibility of Augmented Reality and Optical Characters Recognition technology in note jotting purpose. And NotePecker adopts what design to achieve the task, like multi-threading and native library in Android. Lastly, it reviews the achievement of NotePecker.en_US
