The project has three components, each designed to exploit the educational opportunities which the use of iPads in teaching presents, namely - An online preparatory reading and testing module for the Wills & Probate Practice course. Prior to commencing the course, students would complete online-based reading in the law of wills and then attempt a non-assessable test, with immediate feedback provided on screen on their performance. The results would be available to the lecturer for analysis, feedback and further support. - An in-class form completion module for the Wills & Probate Practice course. Students would, in class, complete a reasonably complex form used in legal practice. Designated students would, in class, complete parts of the form, their attempts would display on all iPads and the room's screen. The lecturer would provide feedback and have other students complete further sections of the form. - An in-class trial chart development module for the Criminal Litigation Practice course. Students would learn a strategic approach, based on a conceptual framework, to the completion of trial charts for the prosecution and the defendant. Designated students would, in class, complete a section of the chart, which would display on all iPads and the screen. The lecturer would give feedback."en_US
