This project is a research intended to find out difference on gene co-expression quantity and RPKM between different human ethnicity as well as how these difference affects the features of human. The experiments are conducted using data provided by 1000 genomes project. The main methodologies are: 1. Examine consensus network. 2. Examine population specific network. 3. Examine differential expression network. 4. Examine causal network. 5. Find key-drivers and compare. Codes are written mostly in R. MATLAB is also used for data normalization. The total length of the experiment codes is about 3000 lines excluding package source code cited from CRAN. Many thanks to authors of R package WGCCA, EigenGene, DESeq. The results obtained from those experiments after functional enrichment can present a clear view of how these differences give people different resistance to diseases, which presents the use value for this research.en_US
