Abstract: Nowadays, women are more willing to spend money on their outlook. Skin products are one of the areas that women pay a lot of attention. Yet, not all products are suitable for all people as different people have different skin type. Therefore, knowing their skin type is important for choosing suitable skin products. Otherwise, unsuitable skin products may lead to dermatological problems. The objective of this project is to build a cross-platform application that provides a comprehensive system with adequate information and functions. The system is therefore divided into three parts: skin type analysis, user functions and recommendation. One of the targets of the project is to provide users with reliable recommendation of products which are suitable for them. In this project, apart from the skin type analysis and the recommendation part, users can also give review and ranking on skin products. Besides, they can suggest any skin products they would like to comment even the products are not included in the product list. This participation of users can help to ensure that the system can give realistic and reliable recommendation and be maintained with a lower cost. In addition, there are also product searching function and comparison of products function.
