Abstract: Internet has become an essential part of our life and society. It acts as a platform, which continuously broaden our horizon and knowledge. With the advance of information technology, our intentions are create a new platform that grant the access to everyone for searching and browsing gene expression data. Useful and concise information can be obtained from the analysis tools we offered on the platform. 3D human anatomy assists in indicating the relevant organisms that facilitates a comprehensive visualization of gene expression on the platform for better understanding. The platform is empowered by analyzed data, up-to-date data plotting and software-free characteristic with latest web technology. Eventually, an understandable and accessible product is created as an outcome. This project is separated into three parts, data processing, visualization and analysis. The system extracts and generalizes keyword of the data, converts the data into a more searchable and classifiable format. With the search result, the platform offers data presentation in heat map and box plot of distribution. The platform is empowered by gene correlation network analysis and gene-gene interaction analysis. A gene expression database meanwhile an analysis platform backed by the combination of different technologies, aims to escalate the level of study and research online regarding to the bioinformatics aspect.
