The current method for inputting calendar events in the existing calendar application are typical ways, just manually key in. Actually, there are deficiencies while adding events from paper work. In this project I would develop smart modules in a calendar application in order to enhance the efficiency of adding a large amount of calendar event. To achieve the aim of the project, two technologies will be adapted as the main components which are optical character recognition (OCR) and voice recognition. From this information, I have carried through the system design, system testing and result discussion to carry out the solutions. To show my result of research and study, a calendar application has been developed with the smart modules included.en_US
