Abstract: The objective is to implement peer instruction and some degree of flipped classroom. Second, after lecture exercises would also mainly be corrected by the peer using properly equipped classrooms if available. They could also specify the problems they encounter and get help from other students. The hired staff would implement and monitor the two processes, (i) by answering the questions needed and possibly grade some bonuses and (ii) by posting the exercises, checking the activity and providing the answers if necessary.
