Abstract: | As we all know, car racing game is one of the most famous game all around the world. Unfortunately, it is hardly to find any racing site that is located at Hong Kong in car racing game. So, I decided to create a car racing game that base on the terrain of Hong Kong, to provide a platform for people to take a ride at hometown. "Sim Driving - Racing in Hong Kong" is a driving simulation game that base on the road of Tai Mo Shan in Hong Kong. The "five consecutive hairpin turn" in Tai mo shan is famous for its extremely danger and meandering cured road, which is the main road in my car game. I would like to provide a platform for Hong Konger to drive in this legendary road, so that even teenager can experience in driving in the dangerous road. In the project, I have cerated a 3D driving simulator by Unity at MacOS platform. In my project, I have successfully created a simulator with great features and impressive image quality. The game can run smoothly without any unexpected situation, and the main feature, real terrain implementation, was also finished. In summary, the outcome of the project is very satisfactory and magnificent. |
