With the advancement of technology, there is an increasing trend of using e-learning websites in education nowadays. Due to the flexible and convenience characteristics, users can access e-learning websites using their electronic devices anywhere and at any time. According to a survey conducted by the Centre for Learning Enhancement and Research of the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2014, 73% of the undergraduate students in Hong Kong spend 1 hour to 5 hours every day on accessing e-leaning materials. E-learning materials are believed to be more interactive and entertaining than normal books or notes, which enhance the concentration and motivations of readers in learning. Not only having the pictures and text that they could see in a traditional book, but also some animations from which they could learn more on some abstractive concepts. By making good use of the benefits mentioned above, the project implements some concepts and knowledge from EE1001 into an e-learning website. Bootstrap framework is used to develop the HTML5 responsive website, which is convenient for the students to access the e-learning websites using portable electronic gadgets. Interactive elements such as quizzes and animations composed by CSS and JavaScripts are included, which could boost up students' motivation in learning.en_US
