dc.description.abstract | This project aims to provide high accuracy weather forecasts to public users and encourage users to make good use on different weather information. To improve the accuracy of existing weather forecast products on the market, the techniques of ensemble forecast and multiple linear regression error correction were implemented. The improved forecast will be used as the forecast data on a mobile app. To encourage users utilizing weather information, the app design aims to provide great user experience, and provide weather explanation and activity suggestion. | en_US |
