This project would provide a 3D virtual view of the tourist spot in Hong Kong - Victoria Peak. The reason of choosing such place is that the Peak is the most famous tourist landmark among visitors. It is also well-known with its beautiful scenery. However, some visitors may not get a chance for visiting there due to lack of time or cannot enjoy their journey there. Hence, this project is targeted to the public, especially for the visitors and those who never been to the Peak. This part of the project would mainly focus on the development of the virtual Peak Tower. Then, it would combine with other part of project to make a Cyber Peak. Users are allowed to walk around the virtual Peak environment. A graphical user interface would be provided in order to provide two main functions: introduction of the Cyber Peak, and a multiple-choice quiz game based on background of the Peak. The functions provided int the Cyber Peak aim to help people to know more about the real Peak. Finally, all the elements will be embedded into web application so that users can view the Cyberworld with web browser and no more requirement on the software and plugins.en_US
