dc.description.abstract | This project aims to define a knowledge structure and apply this structure into a web platform for demonstration. The knowledge structure uses to help the student to have their own learning structure. For the knowledge structure mentioned, it provides a list of learning progression to the user. It is similar to the course outline provided by your teacher. The working flow of the knowledge structure approximate to different knowledge checkpoint to let teacher keep track with. To implement this structure, we will use Learning Object Metadata became an identifier of the structure. This metadata is the fundamental data letting system AI to decide which material is suitable to each of the learner. Implementation of Web-based Knowledge-based Recommendation Application. We choose the workflow from the Knowledge-based Recommendation Application. In other words, the system will consider knowledge linkage as one of the parameters. The system will also measure learner knowledge point as a score and proving the information which matches their level. In each of the knowledge point, Learning Object (LO) will be supported. For making those LO meaningful beside knowledge point was connected, The Learning Object Metadata will be inserted in each knowledge object as the descriptor. In short, the application as a platform letting the user define their own knowledge structure. since the concept of collaborative, Folksonomy and knowledge-based Recommendation, User could contribute their idea and knowledge to improve the knowledge structure. The approach will be applied as the idea of Folksonomy. Using tag as the descriptor of the Video as the Learning Object. A Course (i.e. Learning Java 8) will be a knowledge Cluster providing a linkage of each learning object inside. | en_US |
