dc.description.abstract | Storytelling in Virtual Reality has been gaining interests since the recent revival of the technology. International film and media festivals, such as Sundance and Tribeca Film Festivals, have started curating works that explore the narrative possibilities of the medium. The proposed VR Story Lab will provide an environment that encourages experimentation through the production of creative works. Students participating in this project will examine critically the history of Virtual Reality, its connection to the historical development of experimental cinema and theatre; and create works that explore new narrative strategies and cinematic techniques. | en_US |
