Abstract: | In the design of a discovery-enriched curriculum, group activates provide a unique opportunity for students to reflect, practice, interact, develop teamwork skills, and explore the concepts taught in a course. Seeking and responding to feedback on these activities is an important component that would enable the adjustment of approaches. In this project, we seek to investigate design approaches of hands-on group activities to enhance the learning experience for students in a large class. It is expected that the outcomes of this study will be universal and can be adapted in other courses. |
