This is a research-based project which introduces a high gain, low sidelobes millimeter-wave Fabry-Pérot cavity (FPC) antenna with an axicon. The proposed antenna consists of a SIW-based feeding source, a substrate-integrated quasi-curve reflector, a partially reflective substrate (PRS) with Fresnel Zone Plate (FZP) and a 3D-printed axicon. The usual drawback of the FPC antenna is the narrow bandwidth and the high sidelobe level (SLL). To address the problem, the quasi-curve reflector is applied to excite multi-resonant points. It contributes a significant boost to the bandwidth. As a result, it has an improvement in bandwidth. Apart from that, the FZP on the PRS and the axicon are used to realize gain enhancement and suppression of SLL for an FPC antenna. Therefore, it gets a very sharp radiation pattern at the maximum gain. Throughout the simulation of HFSS, the antenna produces an impedance bandwidth of 9.8% from 54 GHz to 60 GHz and a 3-dB gain bandwidth of 4% from 57 GHz to 59.5 GHz. The maximum gain is 24.3 dBi at broadside direction with the lowest sidelobe level of -28.9 dB.en_US
