dc.description.abstractValue Management has been well known as systematic techniques to explore objectives and finding creative approaches to maximizing and achieving value. While in currently pandemic situation, it is more and more difficult to assemble all shareholders together to encounter different problem in a VM workshop. With enhancement of technology, virtual workshop become possible and popular among business enterprises. Therefore, some voices ask for virtual VM workshop came out. One of the majors concerns of online VM workshop is the creativity among participants in virtual environment. Creativity in VM focus on discovering new methods or turning old methods into new use, providing value-adding, more effective and efficient solutions to decision makers. There were almost 90 years from establishment of the VM technique since 1940s, the framework requires active, full participation among team members in order to enhance project value. This research aimed to discover enablers' participants' participation and creativity in virtual environment. Two experimental workshops was conducted to examine participant's personal creativity and project's creative outcome. Testing factors affecting team member's innovation mindset by investigating data from questionnaire surveys.en_US
