dc.description.abstract	在20世紀初的中國文學中,偵探小說的風行是值得關注的一個文學現象。民國時期偵探小說的創作在傳統的俠義公案小說的基礎上,吸納歐美偵探小說的理念和技巧,集中呈現了轉型時期人們的文化觀念、倫理意識、思維方式和審美趣味。本文以民國時期（1912-1949）的偵探小說為主要研究對象，綜合民國時期的法律狀況與現實背景，通過對於作品中案件起因、取證、結案三個重要環節的主要特徵，從法律與文學的角度分析民國時期人們對於社會秩序的想像。	en_US
