dc.description.abstractTo help teaching in the biophotonics course, I propose a laboratory module to develop a set of basic computational and experimental tools to help students to simulate and trace the complicated photon propagation, as well as experimentally focusing light through highly scattering media such as thick biological tissues. The proposed work has been successfully implemented.en_US
