Abstract: 此作品提出一個新的方法,用以改進現金在表面等離子體激的共振時於相位測量的技術。基於表面等離子體共振現象的特性,共振只會被偏振的光所引發。所以我們設計了一個新的方法,把一同行走的“P”和“S”的光線用作一個“Mach-Zehnder interferometer”的“ 被測”和“參考”之光路上。他們也會在指定相同的光路上同時行走。如此,理論上我們所量度之光學相位的改變就只有在表面等離子體共振現象上所引致的相位改變的差動了。
