dc.description.abstract通過對緊縮微帶諧振單元的研究及其在微波電路中的應用,提出改善現有微波通信的子系統前端器件的性能方案,來適應社會對通信服務質量的不斷增長的需求。微帶線是微波混和積體電路和單片積體電路中最廣泛使用的傳輸線,我們提出的緊縮微帶諧振單元,是一個在微帶的傳輸線上蝕刻樂特定圖案的准集總原件結構,它具有的慢波和帶阻的特性是改善微波電路的性能的關鍵。本作品的創新點是通過對緊縮微帶諧振單元的研究,首次將其應用在微帶雙頻支節,天線開關,亞諧波混頻器,倍頻器和線形化功率放大器,並獲得了比傳統的設計方法更好的性能,且降低了成本。
