Abstract: | The article offers information on a study to examine how prior history influences the interplay in an organization for which dyadic data was collected from a large mobile phone manufacturer and its distributors to show positive effects of trust on exchange performance. Topics discussed include interorganizational trust defined as the extent to which organizational members have a collectively-held trust orientation toward the partner firm, use of correlation coefficient, homogeneity analysis and meta-regression for the study, and interorganizational governance. |
